CIN -2.5 - both teams could be resting starters by 4th qtr, i'm bettin the Bengals at home will have the confidence to beat the Ravens after beating the Steelers last week. SCORE: Ravens 20-Bengals 24.
BAL/CIN OVER 41
IND +6.5 - Texans don't have anything to play for this week (except for better seeding) but i'm going with the emotional spark from Pagano's return to the sidelines. SCORE: Texans 15-Colts 17.
JAC +4 - Jags only lost by 7 to the Patriots last week, maybe enough to give them confidence to win this ugly game. Jaguars 21-Titans 24.

PHI +7.5*** - The gmen looked as if they tanked for the season, i'm bettin Vick will be auditioning for next year in the divisional rivalry. SCORE: Eagles 20-Giants 24.
PHI/NYG OVER 46
BUF -3.5 - more of an anti-Jet picks, their best defensive player is out (Wilkerson) and their QB situation is a disaster. SCORE: Jets 17-Bills 21
CHI -3** - Bears in a must win situation, hopin Cutler will not choke. I'll be their defense that will win this game. SCORE: Bears 27-Lions 21.

CAR +4.5* - almost a coin-flip game between two teams going nowhere. While the Saints usually dominate at home, i'm bettin Cam will keep it close. SCORE: Panthers 27 - Saints 30
DEN -16 - i hate laying this many points, but with the Chiefs in line for the number one draft pick, i see the Bronco scrubs rolling in this one. SCORE: Chiefs 9-Broncos 33
ARI +16.5 - after their spankdown last week, the niners should be up for this one, you would think. I'm banking on the Cardinal D keeping Kap in check....at least leaving the backdoor open. SCORE: Cardinals 14-Forty-Niners 24.
SEA -10.5 - I'm bettin the hottest team in the NFL won't let up on the gas at home vs. the a team playing out the season. SCORE: Rams 14-Seahawks 35
GB -3 - the stats show a clear advantage with the Pack, especially with Mathews back, but i'm siding with the team needing the win at home to stay in the playoffs and with Adrian Petterson running amuck lately. SCORE: Packers 20-Vikings 21
NE -10 - will the Pats be flat this week, after sleepwalking the last 2 games? I'm bettin they'll be wanting the first round bye so much that Bellicek will have his foot on the gas til the end. SCORE: Dolphins 18 - Patriots 31
WAS -3 - As long as RGIII is healthy, they should dominate the Boys at home. I'm bettin the red-hot Skins. SCORE: Cowboys 24 - Redskins 28.
